I communicated my issues with Intellitec via email. They were very prompt and responded within 24 hours. They suggested I reset my controller by the following process:
1 Remove shore power
2 Ensure generator is not running
3 Remove cover over circuit breaker’s to access control board
4 Remove all white connectors on the circuitboard, there were four
5 Wait 15 minutes
6 Reattach connectors, replace cover, reconnect to shore power
Once I did that, the system was reset, the LEDs were on properly, and everything seems to work.
I was very happy with the customer service from Intellitec, especially for a coach that is 11 years old.
